People routinely live past 100 — Doc studied them. This is what they do differently
In The AgeBeaters, Dr. Joel Wallach and Dr. Ma Lan profile the world's longest-lived cultures — the people Doc calls the "AgeBeaters" — and distill what he says they share: a universal currency of life, the nutrients that he argues determine how fast, or how slowly, a body ages.
The book's provocation: you already carry the genetic potential to live healthfully well beyond 100. What's missing, the authors contend, isn't better genes or better luck — it's a set of simple, proactive daily choices most people never learn. Across 480+ pages they lay out the aging process, the dietary threads common to long-lived religious traditions, and the recipes and supplement protocols they recommend.
Paperback: $19.95
This isn't a book that stops at "eat well and exercise." It closes with the practical layer: recipes and supplement protocols built around the authors' longevity framework — the same 90-essential-nutrients model at the core of all of Doc's work.
