WHAT WE COLLECT

We collect only the information needed to process and deliver your order: name, email, billing address, shipping address, and payment information. Payment data is processed by Shopify Payments and is never stored on our servers.

HOW WE USE IT

Your email is used to send order-related communications (order confirmation and shipping updates) and an optional product update sequence. You can unsubscribe from product updates at any time using the link in any email. Your shipping address is shared only with the carrier we use to deliver your order.

THIRD-PARTY PIXELS

Our pixel partners (Meta, Google) may receive de-identified event data (page views, add-to-cart, purchase events) for ad optimization. You can opt out of these via your browser cookie settings or via the Do Not Sell My Personal Information link in the site footer.

DATA RETENTION

We retain order records for 7 years for tax and accounting compliance. You can request deletion of marketing-related data at any time by emailing info@healingwithminerals.com.

WHAT WE DO NOT DO

We do not sell or rent customer data to third parties. We do not share your email or address with any non-essential party.
