Shipping Information
- Our shipping department is open Monday – Friday and packages will ship out the same day if an order is placed before 1 PM Pacific Standard Time.
- Standard shipping is currently done via USPS Priority Mail or Fed Ex for large orders. Orders can take from 1-5 business days depending on delivery location.
- FedEx will not deliver to USPS Post Office boxes. For larger orders, please do not enter a PO box as your ship to address because it will not be delivered.
- If you enter your mailing address and it is entered incorrectly or for some reason your address is undeliverable, Healing With Minerals will contact you. You order shipping date may be delayed at least one business day. Please call (619) 719-5050 or email healingwithminerals90@gmail.com for more information or alternative shipping methods.
- Your tracking information will be emailed to you as soon as it is generated. If you do not receive a tracking number within 24 hours of the time your purchase please email: healingwithminerals90@gmail.com and reference your order number.
Return Policy
- No refunds are issued after 30 days from the date product is received by the customer.
- After Healing With Minerals receives returned merchandise, a credit will be issued within 7 – 14 business days.
- Credits will be issued for product amount only. Credits will not be issued for shipping and handling costs incurred by Healing With Minerals.
- It is advised that when product is returned to Healing With Minerals the customer use a carrier that will provide proof of delivery to the customer. Healing With Minerals is not liable for packages lost in transit or not received.
- Healing With Minerals will not accept packages sent to Healing With Minerals postage due.
