Most of us know that sitting at a deck all day is not healthy way to live. One of the problems with sitting all day is that you glucose level is not stabilized, and we all know that can not be healthy. One way we can stabilize our glucose level would be to exercise more often. I know people are going to say I don't have the time. Do you know walking or even standing on a regular basic can help this problem, and cycling can have a more beneficial effect. Maybe one day we could all get our employers to get a cycling bike at every work station.
